Nest Managers began when founder, Lindsey Pelaez bought her first investment property with her husband Marco and quickly realized there was a gap in the market for property management services that catered to investors. When she couldn’t find what she was looking for, she decided to create it herself.  And so, Nest Managers began – a property management company built by a landlord, for landlords. 

 

Originally from Fayetteville, NC, Lindsey’s commitment to being locally owned and operated is more than just a tagline.  The family’s deep roots in the community give them a unique understanding of the area, and they are dedicated to providing quality service and housing; contributing to the community they love.

 

As a Veteran Affiliated Business with Marco having served over 29 years in the US Army (to date), the family is also committed to giving back with a portion of the management fees collected going to support Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund which helps over 90% of veterans return to active duty after the effect of a TBI or PTS;  a cause close to the family’s heart.

 

As a woman-owned business, Nest Managers is breaking barriers. Having worked in a male-dominated corporate world, Lindsey was determined to create a company where women could succeed based on merit and hard work. Today, her all-woman office is a testament to that vision.
