During the initial property consultation, one of our Nest Specialists will visit your home at No-obligation.

If you then decide to work with us, we will make recommendations on what should be done to the property to ensure it leases in a timely fashion and for top dollar.
Setting A Goal​
To set a realist leasing goal, Nest Managers will conduct a comprehensive rental valuation where we research the most current comparables and give you our opinion of rental value. We then set a target date for when we expect to lease the property, based on the market price and current market conditions.

Leasing Services
Once a potential Nester expresses interest in your property, our Nest Specialists will take care of every detail to close the deal. We will handle all l​ease negotiations. In addition, we prepare the lease and guide you and new tenant through the leasing contract. Create Electronic lease packet which includes:

Communication
You will receive the same communication as our Full Service ....for no additional fee. Each Nest Owner will receive updates – You will be updated on the progress every other Tuesday. More often if warranted.
