What you need to know before you apply. We do our best to process applications on a first come, first serve basis and are not in business to make money off of application fees. We feel better knowing we were fair and impartial.
This is important to you because you will want to make sure your application is complete once you click SUBMIT. If there is more than one adult over the age of 18 that will be living in the home, both will need to apply. Please be sure to check the pet restrictions in case there are any. Your application will not begin to process until it has been completed which includes ALL information from ALL applicants. After submission, it will take about 48 hours to receive a response from our leasing team.
Yes, we will verify your income. Yes, we will run your credit and your background. We will also check with your previous landlord. (Please give them a heads up to speed along the process.) We do not have a minimum credit score or income that we look for. Our proprietary software runs over 9 tests and assigns you a Tenant Risk score to which a decision is made. This gives us a better idea of YOU as a whole person rather than a number on a credit scale.
How To Tour Any Of Our Nests
Our Nests can be easily viewed by accessing our advanced self showing technology. You can easily register for a self-tour online. We have a 6 layer advanced security system that vets your ID, require's a selfie through facial recognition software, a credit card and performs an AI-powered fraud detection screening. Once approved, you will receive a one-time entry code to gain access into the available NEST.
