Our Leasing Only Service gives our Nest Owners the freedom to manage their own property with the professional services offered by our team.  The Leasing Only Service is just one month's rent.  There is no money due upfront!  We only get paid when you do.

Initial Property Consult

During the initial property consultation, one of our Nest Specialists will visit your home at No-obligation.  

• We will assess the property and your situation to understand your needs, goals, and concerns.

• If you then decide to work with us, we will make recommendations on what should be done to the property to ensure it leases in a timely fashion and for top dollar.

Setting A Goal​

To set a realist leasing goal, Nest Managers will conduct a comprehensive rental valuation where we research the most current comparables and give you our opinion of rental value. We then set a target date for when we expect to lease the property, based on the market price and current market conditions.
