Nest Managers would like to welcome Dawn Shoemaker to the team!

Dawn has joined Nest as our Lead Accountant will be spearheading our in-house Accounting Division.

With the addition of our in-house Accounting Division, we will now offer our clients a direct line of communication for all of your accounting and financial questions and concerns related to your portfolios.

Dawn brings with her over 18 years of experience in real estate, finance, operations & business process streamlining. She specializes in solving complex accounting issues, automating workflows, implementing creative accounting solutions, creating systems for tracking metrics, forecasting as well as streamlining systems across all departments.
